Prince Ali is Aladdin's identity after he wishes to become royalty, so he can impress Princess Jasmine. However, bragging about his riches and power does not impress Jasmine. When Aladdin decides to get on his magic carpet to leave, Jasmine gets interested and recognizes Prince Ali as Aladdin. After their magic carpet ride, Aladdin brings back Jasmine to the palace and the two of them have their first kiss.
