Horace Horsecollar is a cheerful horse who has loved to make people laugh since 1929. Many rumors are going around that he is in a committed relationship with Clarabelle Cow, although no official statement has been released by the couple. He often visits Toontown but the best place to find him is Frontierland in Magic Kingdom where he likes to show off his dancing skills!
