Max Goof is Goofy’s son and made his first appearance in 1951 as Goofy Junior. Max has grown older during the years after his debut. From being very close to Goofy, he evolved into a teenager that sometimes gets embarrassed by his father. In the end, however, Max resembles Goofy very much. He can be as clumsy as his dad but tries to be calm and cool.
