For 2017 the weekend was renamed “Disneyland Paris Magic Run Weekend” and the 5k moved to an evening edition starting on Lake Disney in front of the Sequoia Lodge at 8pm. Our Host for the run was none other than Lumiere lighting the way through Disney Village and entering the Walt Disney Studios to the side of the Park. Runners enjoyed night time running through the Park meeting some Disney Friends along the way before crossing the finish line at the Production Courtyard, the first time the finish line was staged in a Disney Park. A Lumiere themed Medal was the presented to those who crossed the finish line.
