Jiminy Cricket is a true Disney icon. His song When You Wish Upon A Star has become an anthem for dreamers everywhere and it is ranked 4th in the list of best songs of all times. Since Pinocchio came out in 1940, he has become a spokesperson for Disneyland Records and starred in the movie Fun and Fancy Free in 1947. He also made numerous appearances on TV for The Wonderful World of Disney and still visits Disney Parks worldwide and tours with Disney on Ice from time to time. He also is the ambassador of Earth Day for Disney as well as the narrator for the Wishes Fireworks Spectacular at the Magic Kingdom Park in Florida.
